The company has decided to join one of the most renowned Spanish companies\nin the field of regenerative medicine and cell therapy\nto continue consolidating its business and expansion.<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

Cardiva<\/span><\/b> as one of the leading companies\nl\u00edderes en la fabricaci\u00f3n y distribuci\u00f3n de productos in the manufacture and distribution of products in the healthcare sector\nthanks to its incorporation as a shareholder of Histocell<\/b>. This\nbiopharmaceutical company from Bilbao is a national benchmark in regenerative medicine and\ncell therapy. With this operation, Cardiva continues with its expansion\nand business diversification plan.<\/span><\/p>

Histocell’s main programmes\ninclude Phase II clinical trials with cell therapy drugs\nfor the treatment of diseases mediated by oxidative stress and for\nbone regeneration, and the development and manufacture of medical devices and\ncosmetics for ulcer treatment and\nadvanced dermatology. Histocell has manufacturing units\nfor cell therapy drugs and medical devices certified by the\nSpanish Agency in which it manufactures not only its own products\nbut also third-party products.<\/span><\/p>
