Histobone

Engineered synthetic bone matrix of structured porous monetite (calcium phosphate derivate) for osseous regeneration

Histobone is a highly osteoinductive and osteoconductive matrix featuring a microproous inner structure and a set of macro channels displayed longitudinally to allow for a guided new bone synthesis that improves the integration of the newly formed tissue with the adjacent bone. Its particular structure enables the revascularization of the new tissue.

Histobone is an ideal synthetic bone substitute to enhance osseous regeneration in bone defects caused pseudoarthritis, resection surgery, osteomyeilitis or trauma.
