Histocell R&D

Histocell R&D department is focussed on the development of new methods and technologies to apply them in regenerative medicine, using Adult Mesenchymal Stem Cells (AMSCs) and Bioactive materials (scaffolds) as key technology. Histocell R&D is built in several research programs such as Bone regeneration, Advanced wound healing, Inflammatory diseases, Neuroregeneration, Ischemia or Lung therapy. On the other hand, Histocell offers a broad portfolio of services such as Cell therapy services for clinical applications, Advanced molecular and cellular biology analytical services, Biocompatibility tests and Biological research services.

Histocell has developed, since its foundation in 2006, an active policy of R&D and currently the company counts with wide experience in R&D project development thanks to the execution of more than 15 R&D national wide project, and 3 European Frame Program projects (FPVII). Histocell has bet on the European collaborative projects as a way to increase its know-how and skills. In the last 3 years, Histocell has submitted more than 25 proposals and the present objective is to get involved in new projects in Horizon 2020 Program.
